Employee Spotlight: Meet Lindsey

Lindsey has been a Paycom sales representative since June 2015. Recently, I reached out and asked her to share her story.

What advice would you give a new employee to set them up for success at Paycom?

Become a sponge! Paycom’s training program and continuing education is second to none. They provide you with the foundation for both professional and personal growth. You have the opportunity to create your own destiny, so make sure you are taking advantage of it.

What’s the one word you would choose to describe Paycom, and why?

“Evolving.” Things are constantly changing for the better at Paycom. With that, you have limitless opportunity to accomplish your goals.

What is your greatest accomplishment at Paycom?

Making it to President’s Club! It was wonderful having my husband experience the culture of Paycom and being able to celebrate all of our accomplishments with people from across the country.

What makes you proud to work at Paycom?

I am proud to be surrounded by an amazing group of people every day. My teammates are some of the most impressive people I have ever met. They all have extremely high goals and expectations for themselves, and never let anything steer them away from achieving the things they want.

Where has been your favorite place to travel, and why?

My husband and I take an annual trip with friends to Boca Grande, Florida. It has been fun watching our families grow over the years, and our kids forming such special bonds.

What are some of your favorite hobbies outside of work?

I spend all of my time outside of work with my husband and our son, Beckham. We love to do any activity outside. You can usually find us on the boat, beach or at our local park.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained one quality or ability, what would it be and why?

The ability to read minds! I am an extremely curious person and I often find myself wondering what is going through the minds of others. It would be neat to know what others are thinking at various points in time.
